The Frymaster 8076321 Pump Motor With Gasket Kit 1/3 HP, 1425/1725 RPM, 208 V, 50/60 Hz is a replacement part unit that is used in compatible commercial deep fryers to circulate cooking oil in filtration and heating systems. It oil pump at a given speed to ensure effective flow and the gasket provided is to seal the pump housing. This motor and gasket are installed to the bottom plumbing of the fryer as a component of the oil management system to facilitate the constant flow of oil and temperature control during the frying processes in restaurants, cafeterias, and other foodservice conditions.
