The Frymaster 810-1873 Thermopile is a 36-inch temperature sensor that is installed in commercial systems to check the activity of a pilot flame and regulate the work of burners. It is installed at the pilot assembly and converts the thermal energy into a voltage signal to control the gas valve to maintain stable and safe heat production. The thermopile should be replaced in case of failure, corrosion or mechanical damage. Replacement with a new unit will re-establish proper temperature monitoring, stable flame management and safe operation at the commercial level.
