The Dean 8100687 IR Burner 15-1/4" x 8-1/2" Steel is a replacement infrared burner that is applied in commercial units to keep the necessary cooking temperatures. It is fitted in compatible equipment where it generates radiant heat by transforming gas into useful thermal energy.
