The Frymaster 8231071 Fryer IR Burner 15-1/4" x 8-1/2" Steel is meant to provide infrared heat in compatible commercial systems. It is fitted in gas fryers where it heats the fryer vessel directly to maintain the temperature. This burner is used in applications to maintain the same oil temperatures and cooking performance when used continuously. It is installed by service in the process of restoring adequate heating capacity in damaged units. Being a component of the fryer system, it is essential in the generation of heat which maintains constant operation in coordination with gas supply and control elements.
