The Dean 826-3191 Filter Pump 4 GPM CCW is a replacement component to fit compatible commercial fryers. It pumps oil by the filtration system with a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute and rotates counterclockwise to keep the oil clean and ensure the uniformity of frying performance. This pump is widely used in restaurants and kitchens and helps to maintain a high level of oil filtration and enhance cooking oil. Fitted in the filtration system of the fryer, operation, smooth flow of oil and uniform cooking will bring about high-volume foodservice settings.
