The Frymaster FM826-3191 Filter Pump circulates cooking oil during the filtration process, whereby the oil is drawn out of the filter pan of the fryer and pumped through the system at 4 gallons per minute. The pump is counterclockwise, which means that oil can be moved through internal lines and filtration elements in the process of oil management in the fryer. It is normally fitted in the filtration assembly of the compatible commercial fryer units, where it is attached to the filter pan, motor and oil return lines to assist in the circulation and movement of the cooking oil during the filtering processes.
