The Star Mfg 9566 Safety Thermostat with Manual Reset is a high-limit temperature protection system used in commercial cooking equipment. It has a 5/16" by 3" sensing bulb, a 48" capillary, and a 450F rating, which detects excessive heat and cuts power to prevent operating conditions.
