The Roundup - AJ Antunes AJA4030163 Thermostat Kit is a temperature-regulating component designed for compatible foodservice equipment. Installed in the appliance's heating control circuit, the thermostat monitors temperature at the designated sensing area and switches the heating circuit according to the selected operating range. When the sensed temperature reaches the control point, thermostat changes contact position to reduce or stop power to the heating element. As the temperature decreases, the contact cycle back to restore heating. The kit work with the equipment wiring, heating element and temperature-sensing assembly to maintain controlled heat during the appliance's operating cycle.
