The Roundup - AJ Antunes 403K121 Thermostat Kit is a temperature-control assembly designed for compatible commercial foodservice equipment. Installed within the equipment's heating circuit, the thermostat senses temperature at its designated point and cycles electrical power to the connected heating element. As temperature rises to the selected operating point, the thermostat changes its electrical state to reduce or interrupt heat input as temperature falls, it restores the circuit according to its operating range. The kit work with the heating element, wiring, and temperature-sensing components to regulate heat.
