The Alto-Shaam ALTTT33432 Thermostat manages heat cycling in compatible commercial food holding equipment by responding to temperature changes. It has a 60°F–200°F control range, consists of a 3/16" X 16" sensing bulb and an 84" capillary to provide the required thermostat assembly. It is mounted inside the equipment, and the sensing bulb is mounted at the place where the temperature is to be sensed. It is designed to regulate the temperature in the commercial equipment with the listed thermostat assembly. This component is designed for use with equipment that has the B10 thermostat configuration.
