The Alto-Shaam TT33432 Thermostat B10 regulates temperature in compatible commercial food holding equipment by controlling the connected heating circuit. Its adjustment range is 60°F to 200°F with a 3/16-inch by 16-inch sensing bulb and an 84-inch capillary tube. The bulb sits in the designated sensing area while the capillary links it to the thermostat control. As the sensed temperature changes the mechanism switches the heating circuit to maintain the selected setting and proper bulb placement and capillary routing help the thermostat respond to the equipment’s temperature conditions.
