Accutemp ATOE-2559-2 Thermostat AC

The Accutemp ATOE-2559-2 Thermostat is an element of cooking equipment temperature control that is intended for use in commercial cooking equipment that is compatible with the Accutemp brand. It controls the temperature of the operating load when it is connected to 208/240V AC, switching it on and off when necessary to keep it at a set temperature between 100F and 200F. The unit comes with 1/4" terminal tabs and is packaged as a set of 6 replacement thermostats for service and maintenance. It is located in the control circuit of the systems and works by detecting the temperature inside the systems and either opening or closing the electrical circuit to the heating elements.
