The Accutemp ATOE2559-2 Thermostat AC Tabs 100-200F is a temperature control tab that is suitable for 208/240VAC electrical systems use in commercial systems. It controls internal operating temperatures in a range of 100-200F by turning heating circuits on and off based on the sensed temperatures. It is typical to be placed in foodservice equipment like steamers or hot holding units where low to medium heat is needed but is consistent. The thermostat is installed by means of 1/4" tab terminals and is embedded in the control assembly of the systems.
