The Bakers Pride BKPL5128X Retro Fit Kit TS11 & Burner 300/3151 is a replacement component for compatible commercial equipment. The kit has parts that are sized and programmed to be used to re-establish correct thermocouple sensing and gas delivery to ensure a stable combustion and temperature regulation. The heat output during the cooking operation is installed in the burner compartment and control circuit of the appliance.
