The Bakers Pride L5128X Retro Fit Kit TS11 & Burner 300/3151 is replacement component fitted to be used in certain commercial cooking equipment. The kit includes a TS11 thermocouple and a related burner that is dimensioned to the 300/3151 configuration, which includes combustion delivery and gas sensing that is calibrated. It is installed in the same location as the former thermocouple and burner located, and it assists in restoring proper flame detection and consistent heat production. This retrofit kit is installed in practice in the field of foodservice either when servicing equipment or upgrading it to restore normal operation of controls.
