The Blodgett BL00093 Center Deflector is a high quality part that will improve cooking efficiency and consistency in commercial ovens that models are 901, 911, 916, 931, 951, 961, 966, 981. This deflector measures 20" wide x 30-1/2" long x 1.488" thick with downward facing ribs designed to provide even heat distribution throughout the oven cavity. The center deflector redirects airflow, minimizing hot spots and baking and roasting food uniformly, so they’re able to achieve the best results in baking and roasting.
