The Blodgett BL93 Oven Center Deflector directs the airflow in the oven cavity in a ribbed design that has the ribs facing down. The deflector is twenty inches wide and thirty and one half inches long and directs the air flow in heating cycles. Proper airflow direction facilitates the equal distribution of heat and ensures even distribution of temperature in the inside of the oven. The deflector is positioned in accordance with specific placement areas to ensure proper positioning during use. When a deflector is damaged, it can be replaced to regulate the air flow and ensure the even distribution of heat.
