The Blodgett BL10564 Thermostat Knob is a temperature control part that is designed for a Convection Oven. This 2-1/2 inch diameter, flat-down knob enables the operators to accurately set oven temperatures between 150°F and 550°F when cooking and baking. It is mounted on the oven and then it is connected with the shaft with a D-mount with a 0.290-inch hole to ensure a better system. It is a knob that is adjusted during regular use to control the amount of heat and during service changes to re-establish accurate temperature control as part of the entire heating system.
