The Blodgett BL11334 Pilot Burner is a gas ignition part that is used with commercial cooking equipment that is set to use either natural gas or LP. It gives a constant pilot flame that is used to start the main burner when the appliance is turned on. The pilot burner is installed in the burner assembly and it operates with the gas valve and thermocouple to ensure the accurate ignition. Its place in the system is to maintain a steady start up and burner stable operation during normal cooking cycles.
