The Blodgett BL11527 Thermostat Kit FDTH is a temperature control replacement kit applied to commercial equipment. The thermostat is installed in the internal control assembly of the oven and detects the temperature variations in the cooking chamber and sends a signal to the heating system to adjust the amount of heat produced. The kit contains parts that can be installed in place of the original thermostat in the oven control section. After installation, it enables the operators to program and adjust the preferred cooking temperature using the control interface of the oven.
