The Blodgett BL4607 Thermostat Kit FDTH is a control element that is used in commercial cooking systems in order to regulate the temperature of the oven. The thermostat is attached to the sensing probe, giving the operator the ability to choose a desired amount of heat during cooking. It is attached to the control panel space and measures the temperature inside the house and switches the heating system on and off to keep the temperature at the desired level. This is an element that would normally be fitted in compatible ovens in the process of restoring the correct temperature control in the cooking chamber.
