The Blodgett BL32302 2-Speed Motor is a commercial grade power supply that can be utilized in other compatible cooking equipment. This motor has a 5/8-inch by 4-5/8-inch shaft with an inbuilt keyway, which can be connected directly to specific drive parts in the unit. It is fitted in the equipment housing, where it allows controlled rotation at two operating speeds to suit particular operating needs.
