The Montague 9308-4 Infrared Burner with NAT Orifice 40 is used in the kitchen equipment to produce heat for cooking and broiling. This burner has dimensions of 17 1/2” x 4” x 2 1/2” and is designed to fit into compatible Montague units. It is especially designed to fit and work well with Grizzly and Legend series models which makes it convenient to use. This infrared burner effectively turns the gas into heat with no direct flame, but rather heat which radiates evenly for cooking.
