Installation Steps

Step1: Shut off gas supply and allow cheesemelter to cool completely.

Step2: Remove front panel to access burner compartment.

Step3: Disconnect gas line and remove mounting hardware.

Step4: Take out old burner carefully from housing.

Step5: Install new infrared burner and secure in place.

Step6: Reconnect gas, check for leaks, and test flame.
