The Imperial 1275 Jet Burner 11 LP ICRA-74 is a gas burner component used in commercial cooking equipment to convert supplied LP gas into heat for the cooking system. Gas enters the burner through the designated jet orifice and mixes with combustion air before ignition at the burner ports. The resulting flame provides heat to the associated cooking surface, vessel or heat-transfer area. The burner is positioned within the equipment combustion assembly and works with the gas valve, manifold, ignition or pilot system and burner control to establish the required flame. It can be removed for burner-port inspection, cleaning, adjustment or replacement during equipment service.
