The Southbend 4440401 Burner valve is used to regulate the amount of gas flowing to the burner, enabling the equipment to regulate in commercial systems. It operates by opening, limiting or closing the gas flow depending on how the operator adjusts it to maintain the desired cooking conditions. It is a valve that is commonly fitted in the gas supply line assembly of commercial cooking equipment and is located between the incoming gas supply and the burner system. It is applied in foodservice kitchens that require a controlled gas supply in order to have proper burners in cooking processes.
