The Cleveland 20559 Convection Steamer Steam Trap Thermostatic 1/4 CCT is a temperature-controlled steam trap that pushes out the condensate of the steam system but keeps live steam in a convection steamer. It automatically opens and closes depending on the temperature changes, and the water can leave without the loss of steam pressure. This steam trap is fitted in the steam line of the steamer, in which the moisture should be removed in order to ensure efficient heat transfer. It is applied in commercial kitchen steam-cooking to aid in adequate circulation of the steam and uniform cooking operation.
