The Cleveland SD50027 Convection Steamer Steam Trap Thermostatic 1/4 -inch CCT is a temperature-sensitive valve that releases condensate out of the steam line and maintains pressure of live steam in a convection steamer. It is fitted in the steam system of the steamer where there is a need to remove the accumulated water in order to ensure effective heat transfer and the avoidance of water hammer. It is a steam trap that is connected to the steam plumbing of the appliance to assist in maintaining the cooking performance and proper operation of the steam-cooking equipment.
