The Glass Pro E00119 Thermostat Kit W/ Temperature Control Board regulates the temperature of the equipment by detecting the amount of heat and transmitting the signal to the control board to activate heating elements when necessary. This data is processed to keep the temperature at a constant between 100 and 450F. The kit is intended to be installed in commercial ovens and is usually attached close to the heating elements and connected to the electrical system so that the heating elements can interact with the cooking chamber in an accurate manner during operation.
