The Lang LG41100-07 Flame Sensor, 1-3/8 inch Probe/ 1/4 inch 90 deg Tab safety component installed in commercial convection ovens. It also senses the existence of a burner flame and sends the signal to the control system of the oven to ensure that it is ignited and that combustion is taking place. The sensor, which will be located next to the burner assembly, will be used to avoid the buildup of unburned gas by shutting the system off in case the system does not see any flame. An accurate heating operation in the gas control system of the oven.
