The Frymaster FM2066-1 Drain Valve WITH Handle 1-1/4" FPT is a valve that is used to regulate the flow of liquid out of the equipment. The internal sealing structure is designed to match the port to enable the controlled release of the structure when the handle is turned and to limit movement when closed to facilitate a smooth transition between open and closed states in the assembly. It is mounted in drainage line systems of commercial cooking equipment, at low point outlets to allow controlled discharge during cleaning and maintenance procedures configuration in the system.
