The Frymaster FM2066 Drain Valve With Handle 1-1/4" FPT works by turning a manual handle to open or close the internal passage to regulate the flow of fluids out of the commercial equipment. The valve mechanism fit or closes the flow channel to control the drainage via the threaded female pipe connection and releases it under control when connected. It is normally fitted at the drainage outlet point of fryers or other compatible equipment where liquid removal is needed, fitted along the lower discharge line to enable controlled outflow during maintenance and cleaning processes in a commercial cooking setup.
