The Frymaster FM816-0135 Drain Valve O-Ring Pack 4 is a group of elastomer seals used in the section of a commercial deep fryer. Each ring is fitted into internal grooves within the body, where it forms a pressure-based seal around the stem. As the drain handle is moved through the bore, the O-rings compress and maintain continuous surface contact. This action limits oil migration along the stem pathway and stabilizes the interface between the housing and outlet channel. The components remain in place within the assembly, supporting controlled flow through the drain passage during operation.
