The Frymaster FM826-1123 Fryer Solenoid Valve connection is a gas control component is used in commercial kitchen equipment systems. It regulates gas flow to the burner assembly through solenoid operation and supports accurate ignition and heat control. The 1/8" low-flame bypass allows a small controlled gas passage during idle or startup conditions, maintaining a stable pilot-level flame full burner output is not required. The 1/2" pipe plug connection seals an auxiliary port in the gas line setup during configuration. It is placed within the appliance's gas supply line it assists in managing fuel delivery and burner response within equipment.
