The Frymaster FM8261123 Fryer Solenoid Valve is a gas control component that regulates gas flow to the burner assembly and is used in commercial kitchen equipment. It operate on a 24V circuit and features a 1/2" NPT connection with an integrated 1/8" low-flame bypass and pipe plug for controlled ignition and stable burner performance.
