The Garland G0272516 Knob Insert Overlay is designed to show various temperature settings that are related to the rotation of control knob to assist in showing the chosen settings when adjusting. The printed scale on the overlay indicates the position of the setting between 150°F-500°F as the knob is turned. This is an insert overlay attached to the face of the control knob in the control panel of the appliance.
