The Garland GL1806501 Gas Solenoid Valve 1/2" 25V is a fuel control component used in commercial convection ovens to regulate gas flow during cooking operations. It works by controlling the gas valve to open, and close as directed by, the oven's control system providing controlled burner ignition and heating performance. This solenoid valve is compatible with most convection ovens and is connected to the gas line, of the convection oven with a 1/2 fitting and works on a 25-volt circuit. It is used in the oven system to control the gas flow needed for stable and controlled operation of the oven.
