The Garland GL2200700 Pilot Burner Assembly Right is a gas ignition part that is part of the commercial cooking ranges to provide a steady pilot flame on the right side of the range. It feeds an unsteady supply of gas to the pilot burner, forming a small steady flame, which is used to reliably ignite the main burners when required. This assembly is installed in the right-hand portion of the burner box of the range and uses gas valves and security controls to assist in proper combustion.
