The Cecilware GML099F Thermostat with Dial 200-400°F is a regulating component designed for use in compatible commercial gas fryers. Equipped with a 3/8" x 5-3/8" sensing bulb, 30 " capillary, and four-way mounting configuration, it detects cooking oil temperatures and controls the heating cycle accordingly. As part of the fryer's operational system, it maintain desired temperature setting during continuous food preparation. This thermostat installed in restaurants and foodservice facilities where accurate heat regulation is essential. Replacing a damaged unit can restore normal fryer operation and support consistent cooking result.
