The Star Mfg 2T-Y1973 Fryer Thermostat with Dial 200-400°F is a sensing and regulation component used to manage heat levels in compatible commercial cooking equipment. Designed with a 3/8" x 5-3/8" bulb, 30" capillary tube, and four-way mounting arrangement, it responds to changes in oil temperature and signals the heating system accordingly.
