Star Mfg 2N-6534 Griddle Element

The Star Mfg 2N-6534 Griddle Element is a replacement heating element for compatible commercial equipment. This element produces the heat needed to cook in the flat-top griddle surfaces of restaurants, diners, cafeterias and kitchens. It is used in electric griddles for breakfast foods, sandwiches, meats and other foods that need even heating on the surface. It converts electrical energy into controlled cooking heat that is distributed across the cooking plate. The system is replaced during maintenance when the existing heating elements are found to be less effective in their output, when heating is not uniform, or when an electrical failure occurs during commercial operation.
