The Groen GRNT-1018 Door Seal operates to close the gap between the door and cabinet of a six-pan cooking equipment in a commercial system. This black seal measures 19-3/4 inches by 15-1/2 inches, and installs around the door opening to form a tight contact surface. When the door closes the seal compresses against the cabinet frame to help contain heat, and moisture within the cooking chamber. It also helps limit air leakage during operation. The seal is positioned between the door and cabinet and works with the door assembly to maintain proper enclosure during cooking cycles.
