The Groen NT-1018 Door Seal operates as a sealing barrier between the door and cabinet to help retain heat during operation. This black six-pan door seal measures 19-3/4 inches by 15-1/2 inches and is designed for compatible commercial cooking equipment. It installs around the door opening where it contacts the mating surface of the oven cabinet. When the door closes the seal compresses against the cabinet to reduce heat and steam leakage. The seal also helps maintain the internal cooking conditions by limiting air exchange while the equipment operates.
