The Hatco HT02.01.018.00 Contactor is a 4-pole electrical switching component, of 40A inductive and 50A resistive load on a 208/240V. It is applied in regulating the supply of electrical energy to heating components, motors, or other high-load parts of commercial foodservice equipment. A contactor works with a control voltage to open or close internal contacts to allow or interrupt power as this is needed by the appliance. It is installed in the electrical compartment of the equipment and has a major role to play in the distribution of power operation, controlled startup and shutdown in the electrical system.
