The BKI (Barbeque King) R0148 Automatic Lift Fryer Contactor 4-Pole 40A Inductive 50A Resistive is a type of electrical switching component that is used to control the flow of power in a system with 208/240 volts. It operates the electromagnetic coil to opens and closes four contact poles to enable circuits to be connected by the desired current and voltage ratings. This contactor is fitted in the control panel of the fryer to control electrical power to load components. It acts as a control element of the system allowing the coordinated switching.
