The Kold Draft GBR00813 Bin Thermostat 120" Capillary Tube is a temperature sensor that is placed in commercial systems. Its used to monitor and regulate the conditions of the bin. It works by transferring temperature variations in the bin area to the long capillary tube to the thermostat to enable the system to control the ice production and storage levels. The tube is installed in the systems that can be compatible with each other and is passed through the cabinet and placed in the ice storage bin to make sure that it senses the internal conditions properly in typical foodservice use.
