The Lang 60101-63 Convention Oven Dual Gas Solenoid Valve Kit has two electrically energized valves, which are opened and closed as a result of signals sent by the control system of the oven and which divert the flow of gas to the burners only when needed during a cooking cycle. When switched on every solenoid coil produces a magnetic field and moves the valve plunger to open or close the passage of fuel accordingly. The kit is fitted on the gas supply line within the internal service area of the oven which is located above the main burners.

This Dual Solenoid Valve Kit, designed for Lang ovens including GCCO-A, GCCO-C, GCCO-S, GCCO-SII, GHS-S, and GHS-T models, features 1/2" FPT gas inlet and 3/8" FPT gas outlet. It operates at 25V and handles 155,000 BTU of natural gas. The kit includes piping and is compatible with units featuring pulse fan systems with specific serial numbers. Ideal for commercial kitchen setups, it ensures reliable gas flow control and safety, meeting the stringent requirements of Lang oven models for efficient and safe operation in demanding culinary environments.
