Comtec Industries LRB-01 Cast Iron Top Grate 24" X 6" 3 Cross Bars 11 Ribs

The Comtec Industries LRB-01 Cast Iron Top Grate is a cooking grate used on compatible commercial range assemblies to support cookware above the burner area. The 24 x 6-inch size includes 3 cross bars and 11 ribs, establishing the grate’s physical dimensions and cookware support layout. The ribbed surface provides contact points for pots and pans while leaving open areas between sections for burner heat to move upward. Positioned over the cooking burner, the grate transfers and distributes cookware weight across its surface during operation. Its cast iron construction forms the structural cooking platform that connects the burner area with the cookware placed above it.
