The Montague MON1402-8 Blower Motor Kit Assembly 5/8" Shaft 3/4HP drives the convection airflow system, and makes the blower mechanism rotate within the oven. It operates through the provision of torque by the motor to the blower wheel, which allows constant air movement through heating areas and food areas. This motor kit is fitted inside the blower compartment of the compatible commercial convection ovens. The assembly is attached to the electrical wiring and mounting brackets in the unit. It is applied in commercial cooking equipment whereby the blower motor keeps internal air flowing to ensure even distribution of temperature.
