The Montague MONBR52-1A Thermostat with Dial FDO 150-500F is designed to regulate and maintain cooking temperatures within commercial convection ovens. It is based on the concepts of detecting the temperature within the oven, and regulating the heating circuit to maintain the set temperature within the working range. The dial attached is for the operator to, select the desired temperature for various cooking operations. This component is designed to be installed in the control panel assembly of compatible convection ovens as the main temperature control component.
